We will supply all riders with a variety of help and guidance when they sign up to take part in the race. These will include a detailed route, ideas for fund-raising, guidance on diet, details of what is included in the support we offer and what you can expect during the ride.
However, we recognise that potential riders would like to assess what sort of fitness levels are required and what training would enable them to complete the Ride successfully. We have developed a training pack to assist those starting from a base of 50 miles per week. The schedule therefore may not be exactly appropriate for everyone. However it contains useful advice, and gives you a good idea of the level of fitness and commitment that is required in order to ensure you complete The Race Against Time safely with the group.
