Training schedule & rides

The latter training schedule was developed to assist those starting from a base of 50 miles/week (used to advise 2008 riders). The schedule therefore may not be appropriate for everyone. However it contains useful advice ,and gives you a good idea of the level of fitness and commitment that is required in order to ensure you complete The Race Against Time safetly with the group.
